We are a Cardiff-based salon offering a wide range of hairdressing services, including cuts, colours, treatments, and styling by a team of experienced professionals.


2. Bookings & Appointment Management

We use Fresha as our official booking system. You can schedule appointments online through Fresha, over the phone, or in person.

  • For some services (e.g. colouring), a skin patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment. This is a legal requirement and must be completed in order for the treatment to go ahead.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.


3. Cancellation Policy

We kindly require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

As our stylists are often fully booked and we have clients on a waiting list, advance notice allows us to offer your appointment slot to someone else.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, a 50% cancellation charge will apply. This may be automatically processed via Fresha where applicable.

Thank you for your understanding and for respecting our team’s time.


4. Deposits & Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required for longer or specialist services, such as colour corrections, bridal appointments, or for new clients.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if less than 48 hours’ notice is given.

  • Full payment is due on the day of your appointment, payable by cash or card.

  • All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.


5. Refunds & Service Adjustments

  • If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 5 days of your appointment so we can assess and resolve the issue.

  • We do not offer refunds on completed services, but we will offer a suitable follow-up or correction where appropriate.

  • Products may be returned within 14 days if unused, unopened, and in their original condition, along with proof of purchase.

Your statutory consumer rights under Welsh law remain unaffected.


6. Gift Vouchers

  • Crave Hairdressing gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

  • Vouchers must be presented in salon at the time of use.


7. Salon Conduct & Client Wellbeing

  • We are committed to maintaining a friendly, inclusive, and professional environment.

  • Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other visitors.

  • Aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will result in refusal of service.

  • Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or accessibility requirements in advance so we can accommodate you appropriately.


8. Website Use

By using our website, you agree to:

  • Not misuse or disrupt the website or its services

  • Not attempt unauthorised access to website systems or interfere with performance

  • Not reproduce or reuse any content (including text, images, logos) without permission

While we take all reasonable steps to deliver high-quality service and care:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage.

  • We are not liable for any outcome resulting from undisclosed allergies, medical conditions, or treatments.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate health and allergy information prior to services.


10. Privacy

Your data is managed in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Wales and England.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Wales and England.

We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
