Simon’s story.
For Simon, hairdressing is in the blood. His grandmother and aunt were both hairdressers. His passion for hairdressing was ignited at the age of 17 and over the past two decades he has developed his skills to become one of the most sought after hairdressers in Wales.
His early experiences include working as an assistant for a world renowned, multi-award winning champion hairdresser which made him fall in love with the craft.
In his early 20’s he won the Welsh Hairdressing Championship and scooped joint second and third places a few years later. Alongside this, he won Welsh Men’s Hairdressing Championship and was a finalist for Great Lengths Awards and the Joico® Colour Awards He then decided to expand and become a trainer, teaching inspiring hairdressers the art of hair! If that wasn’t enough, he was instrumental in the launch of a prestigious five star salon which he managed for nearly a decade.
Today, Simon holds over 20 certificates in Advanced Education and is renowned as one of most skilled Hair Extension Technicians in the country.
“I love to teach and still love to be educated. Passion for continued development is really important, I’ve worked on fashion shows and editorial shoots, but I was craving a new challenge, completely out of my comfort zone.”

Level 3 NVQ Hair Stylist.
Since joining Crave in October 2022, Charlotte has quickly become an asset to the team. As a Graduate Level 3 stylist, she brings both experience and passion to her craft. Known for creating beautiful curls, waves and braids, along with her indulgent salon-fresh blow dries, Charlotte has already built a loyal client base.
She now runs a very busy diary offering a wide range of services including all colour and cutting work, as well as Great Lengths hair extensions. Charlotte continues to develop her skills through her training days and external courses.
